Resumen: This article describes the results of the study and automation of advertising processes in commercial premises with the purpose of influencing low productivity businesses in the city of Ibarra and raising awareness of the reduction in the use of materials that degrade the environment. The results obtained show that online advertising has 83.3% acceptance over 16.7% of the usual advertising. To verify the results of the study, a web system for the management of advertising processes was developed, which was implemented in the municipality of Ibarra. The web system made it possible to demonstrate in a real way the promotion and diffusion of products and services on a web environment to consumers and to check the quality of software the ISO / IEC 25022 standard was applied where it was determined that the system has an 82.73% acceptance because it fulfills the tasks for which it was designed, it also affected 80% of the lack of use of physical material to advertise, improving the quality of its processes and speeding up them.
