Resumen: Tests used in the field of physiotherapy for the evaluation of muscular strength as Lovett, Daniels, among others, are purely qualitative and are based directly on the experience of the specialist. The evaluation of a range of angular measurement and force in flexion and extension movements will allow the design of a monitored rehabilitation machine. With this background, the objective of the research is the analysis and functional design of a force measurement machine for monitored rehabilitation, focused on flexion and extension movements. The design of the basic structure of a mechatronic and cyber-physics system is used to guarantee the control and treatment of muscular strengthening in a safe and efficient way of avoiding injuries to the patient. At the end of the document, the functional structure of the mechanism is presented, which includes three modules. isokinetic, passive and information analysis. It concludes with the definition of the main characteristics that allow a better integration of the system and a high use of knowledge.
